BOW Doughnut Premix – 1000 g
Water – 500 g
Butter – 50 g
Fresh/instant yeast – 40 g/20 g
Procedure
1. Mix BOW Doughnut Premix with yeast properly.
2. Add water in above mix to form a well developed dough & at the end add butter in melted form, mix for 1-2 min & keep for rest for 5-10 mins.
3. Cut as per required size & then proof at 38-40oC for 30-35 min.
4. Deep fry it at 160-165 degree temp.
Refine flour, Sugar, Milk Solids, Wheat Gluten, Bread Improver, Flavour, Salt.
