Eggless Red Velvet Cake Premix
Premix Deluxe -1000 g
Water -450 g
Oil -200 g
Procedure :
1. Place BOW Eggless Red Velvet Cake Premix Premium and water in a planetary mixer.
2. Mix for 1-2 mins on slow speed followed by 1-2 minutes fast speed.
3. Add oil & mix at slow speed for 1-2 minute.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 170°C.
