Bar Cake – 450g/400g
Procedure :
1. Place Multipurpose Premix Chocolate and water in a planetary mixer.
2. Mix for 2 minutes on slow speed followed by 2 minutes fast speed.
3. Add oil & mix on slow speed for 1-2 minutes.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 160-170◦C

Refine Wheat Flour, Sugar, Starch, Milk Solids, Cocoa Solids, Raising Agents, Gum, Salt, Flavour.
