• Gooey Brownie Premix- 400gms                         
• Water – 160 gms                             
• Oil – 120 gms

Procedure: – (Baking at 160-170°C for 30-35 Minutes).

1. Place 400 gms premix, 160 gms water & 120 gms oil in a planetary mixer.
2. Mix for 1-2 minutes on slow speed then 1-2 minutes on medium speed.
3. Pour it in a mould.
