- Oil – 300 gms

Vanilla Muffin Premix – 400 gms
- Water – 200 gms
- Oil – 120 gms
Procedure: – (Baking at 160-170°C for 25-30 Minutes)
1. Place 400 gms Premix and 200 gms water in a planetary mixer.
2. Mix for 1-2 minutes on slow speed followed by 1-2 minutes on fast speed
3. Add 120 gms oil & mix for 1-2 minutes on slow speed & mould it.
