Procedure: – (Baking at 160-170°C for 25-30 Minutes)

1. Place 1 kg Premix and 450 gms water in a planetary mixer.
2. Mix for 2 minutes on slow speed followed by 2 minutes on fast speed.                                                                                                                 
3. Add 400 gms Oil & mix for 2 minutes on slow speed & Pour it in a mould.

2. Mix for 2 minutes on slow speed followed by 2 minutes on fast speed.                                                                                                                 
3. Add 148 gms Oil & mix for 2 minutes on slow speed & Pour it in a mould.
