BOW Choco Cake
Premix Deluxe -1000 g
Water -520 g
Oil -60 g
Procedure :
1. Place BOW Choco Cake Premix Deluxe and water in a planetary mixer.
2. Mix for 1-2 minutes on slow speed followed by 2 minutes on fast speed.
3. Add oil & mix for 1-2 minutes on medium speed.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 170°C.
