Vanilla Muffin NS Premix – 1000 gms
Water – 450 gms
Oil – 400 gms
Procedure
1. Place Vanilla Muffin NS Premix and water in a planetary mixer.
2. Mix for 2 minutes on slow speed followed by 2 minutes on fast speed
3. Add oil & mix for 2 minutes on medium speed.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 160-170°C.
