Premix -1000 gms
Oil – 300 gms
Water – 400 gms
Preparation Method:
Procedure: –
1. Place Diet Gooey Brownie NS Premix, Water & Oil in a planetary mixer.
2. Mix on slow speed for 2 min followed by 2 min on medium speed.
3. Scale the batter in well greased mould and bake for 35-40 minutes at 160-170°C.
Refine Wheat Flour, Sweetener, Milk Solids, Starches, Cocoa Solids, Raising Agents, Gum, Salt, Flavour.
