BOW Eggless Choco Muffin
Premix – 1000 g
Water – 500 g
Oil – 300g
Preparation Method:
Procedure: – (Baking at 160-170°C for 25-30 Minutes)
1. Place BOW Eggless Choco Muffin Premix and water in a planetary mixer.
2. Mix for 1-2 minutes on slow speed followed by 1-2 minutes on fast speed.
3. Add oil & mix for 1-2 minutes on medium speed.
