Vanilla Muffin Premix – 1000 gms
Water – 450 gms
Oil – 400 gms
Preparation Method:
Procedure: – (Baking at 160-170°C for 25-30 Minutes)
1. Place Vanilla Muffin Premix and water in a planetary mixer.
2. Mix for 2 minutes on slow speed followed by 2 minutes on fast speed .
3. Add oil & mix for 2 minutes on medium speed.
Refine Wheat Flour, Sugar, Starches, Rice Flour, Soy Protein, Milk Solids, Emulsifier, Raising Agents, Salt, Gum, Flavours.
