BOW Mousse Premix -1000 g
Water(Chilled 4oC) -1000-1200 ml
Procedure
1. Mix BOW Mousse Chocolate Premix with approximately mentioned chilled water quantity.
2. Whip the mixture with electric beater for 2 min.
3. Whip the mixture for 5-6 mins in case of manual beater.
4. Pour in mousse cups, decorate as per your choice.
5. Allow to set in refrigerator (4oC) for 4 hours.
