BOW Cake Concentrate – 1000 g
Oil – 600 g
Water – 3300 g
Cake gel – 150 g
Sugar – 3000 g
Refined Flour – 3200 g
Flavour as per choice
Procedure
1. Place water, sugar & gel in mixing bowl & mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
2. Add BOW Eggless Cake Concentrate, flour & flavour in the mixing bowl & mix on slow speed for 2 minute followed by 3 minutes on fast speed.
3. Add oil and mix for 2 minutes on slow speed.
4. Scale the batter in well greased mould and bake for 30-35 minutes at 170°C.
