BOW E. Choco Cake Concentrate. – 1000 g
Oil – 600 g
Water – 3300 – 3400 g
Cake gel – 100 g
Sugar – 2600 g
Refined Flour – 3500 g
Flavour – as per choice
Procedure
1. Place water, sugar & gel in mixing bowl & mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
2. Add BOW Eggless Choco Cake Conc, flour, flavour in a mixing bowl & mix on slow speed for 2 minute followed by 3 minutes on fast speed.
3. Add oil and mix for 2 minutes on slow speed.
4. Scale the batter in well greased cake mould and bake for 30-35 minutes at 170°C.
*Note for better performance– Mix all dry ingredients properly in advance before adding to planetary mix.
