Gooey Brownie NSNW
Premix – 1000 gms
Oil – 300 gms
Water – 400 gms
Procedure
1. Place Gooey Brownie NSNW Premix, Water & Oil in a planetary mixer.
2. Mix on slow speed for 2 min followed by 2 min on medium speed.
3. Scale the batter in well greased mould and bake for 30-35 minutes at 160-170°C.
