Bake O Well Multigrain conc – 150g
Flour – 850 g
Water (approx.) – 550– 580 g
Salt – 20 g
Sugar – 20 g
Bread improver – As per dosage
Fresh/Instant Yeast – 20/10 g
Procedure
1.Mix Bake O Well Multigrain concentrate and flour properly before adding water.
2. Mix ingredients to form a well developed dough.
3.Intermediate proofing at 38-40oC for 35-45 min.
4.Baking temp 210-220oC for 35-40 min (with steam)
