Tea Time Cake – 180g/160g
Bar Cake – 180g/160g
Preparation Method:
Procedure: – (Baking at 160-170°C for 25-30 Minutes)
1. Place 400 gms Premix and 180 gms Water in a planetary mixer.
2. Mix for 1-2 minutes on slow speed followed by 1-2 minutes on fast speed.
3. Add 160 gms Oil & mix for 1-2 minutes on slow speed & Pour it in a mould.
