BOW Eggless Brownie Premix SPC – 1000 g
Oil – 400 g
Water – 430 g
Preservatives – as per choice
Procedure
1. Place BOW Eggless Brownie Premix SPC and water in the mixing bowl.
2. Add oil and mix at medium speed for 2 minute.
3. Scale the batter in well greased brownie mould and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180°C
Flour, Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Milk Solids, Soy Protein, Caramel, Chocolate Flavour, Gum, Salt.
